Kelly FNP in the ER department is a wonderful treating NP. She is compassionate and caring. I was very blessed to have been treated by her. Her performance was excellent along with her teaching of diagnoses. Along with her I was also cared for by Haley RN in the ER who was amazing! Great care and treatment. I was admitted and I would love to acknowledge the nurses that were amazing and took wonderful care of me. They are Jon RN (night shift), Cristal RN and Ari RN (day shift) wonderful nurses!

I'm not entirely sure why this hospital has such a poor rating, then again I'm not from this area other than the poor billing department. However; I am super thankful for the staff that took care of my 3 year old this morning. Those nurses were super caring and the a blonde lady which was either a doctor or NP over his care was super fast, efficient and spoke very kind to my small child. I feel like they all made him feel comfortable even though he felt really terrible. I hope if I have to stop in again in the future I am lucky enough to get such caring people.

Honestly don’t think they know how to properly manage their time and take care of their patients. The nurse that was supposed to be taking care of my family member said she was going to be right back and then spent 45 minutes gossiping instead of doing their job.

The surgical floor of this hospital is TERRIBLE!!!! My husband would have his IV pump beeping for over an hour before anyone would even come despite multiple attempts to get someone via the call light. The only reason his linens were ever changed was because I did it...he was there for almost 2 weeks!! His doctor never rounded until after 5pm everyday so we never knew what his daily plan of care was. Was sent to get a port-a-cath because he needed multiple iv access ports and he came back with the wrong type only having 1 port...we were still charged. Antibiotics were consistently late and only 1 nurse in 2 weeks even listened to or assessed his stomach (which was why he was there) IV tubing was never changed and the dressing to his port-a-cath was also never changed. He was discharged only to have to be readmitted in Dallas 2 weeks later because nothing was fixed. So many more things were terrible but this gives you an idea. Don’t go to this hospital!
