Pain management is a joke. Had back pain for 8 years. Just because my "injury" doesn't look bad from imaging they decided to take away what WAS WORKING for me because of my age (even though I've used them for years) and give me "epidurals" which only made it worse. It was this or no help at all. As well as putting me on a medicine that's also an antidepressant, which is how my body metabolizes it and it makes me crazy. So thanks for the lose lose situation. Can't wait for our next session

Billing is negative stars. Be careful, I've been here twice and even after paying the bill, they have continued to try and make me pay it again. They sent it to a collection agency this time, 3 months after I paid it. I fear that they do this to EVERY patient that walks through the door. Mercy Health should have to face criminal charges because of it, I can't be the only patient they do this to since it had happened to me on both occasions. DO NOT TRUST THIS INSTITUTION!!!!

How you in the emergency room waiting 2 hours ? That doesn't make any sense to me. Failed big time.

My whole family has been in Lourdes at some point. They saved my father’s life two different times. My mother is in a few times a year. They treat us like we are their own family. I will always take my family here for the excellent professional care from the time I am in the ER, from every department, and they even reach out after we are discharged. Lourdes is the best in our region.
