feedback about Lourdes Hospital
My whole family has been in Lourdes at some point. They saved my father’s life two different times. My mother is in a few times a year. They treat us like we are their own family. I will always take my family here for the excellent professional care from the time I am in the ER, from every department, and they even reach out after we are discharged. Lourdes is the best in our region.
Western Kentucky Kidney Specialists are in the Lourdes facility. The kidney specialists don't seem to be in any hurry to care for their patients, no hurry to schedule appointments, certainly no hurry to return phone calls. I have called four times in two days. They do not answer the phone. They do not respond to a message by returning a call. How do they care for their patients?
My initial visit was with Meghan, I can honestly say that I felt welcomed by her and she answered any questions I had. Being that I was transferring the team picked up where I had left off from my old care provider.. I felt like I was in a good, the surroundings were very welcoming. I met with Amanda Wagner and she is everything I herd I about. I’m glad I finally made the switch. She’s very warm and welcoming. Listened to me talk and very well gave her input as well. Looking forward to celebrating my baby’s birthday with the Team at Lourdes!!!!
This hospital and their staff, specifically the ICU department, saved my dad's life. Not only did they take great, consistent care of him, but the whole week we were there they always kept us updated and never made us feel like we were burdening them. I commend them on their professionalism, cleanliness and sincerity despite a sometimes thankless profession. Much thanks from our family.
The staff and care that I received was very good, however, the hospital is completely uncaring for those who do not have full payment at the time of service. They offered to discount 20% if I paid up front, penalizing those who have less. Then, as I am making my monthly payments, on time and in full, they turn me over to a collection agency who calls daily while I am at work. Compassion is listed as one of their core values, not so. Very disappointed that a Catholic Hospital would act in such an uncharitable manner.
