Never again!!! I wondered why the lobby and parking lot was virtually empty. I guess the word has spread how horrible and disorganized this place is. Canceled and rescheduled surgery TWICE! and when we showed up on the third time they where not prepared with the correct paperwork so surgery canceled. Should have just went to st. Mary's medical center. On the positive note the staff was friendly. Avoid this place if you can.

The worse hospital I ever been, The only polite person was a student practitioner I will give all my respect to him. After been for 50 minutes waiting for someone take my vital signs, having all the symptoms for heart attack, and I was in so much pain that after 3 hours waiting I got up, leave the hospital to get some pain killer at the pharmacy. Shame on you! 3th world countries have better service then that.

I would give negative stars if I could. We have 302 Ed a loved one into the behavioral unit at lower bucks hoping they would help us with the mental illness that just came suddenly. My loved one was was court ordered to be there at least 21 days and they went against the court order and released him 2 weeks earlier . He didn’t receive any treatment there and was diagnosed with unspecified psychosis. They let him out of there while he was a danger to himself and others. Fast forward a week later he gets in a fight with random people and gets arrested now he’s in jail not receiving the care he needs in solitary confinement where it will make his situation worst. You better believe lower bucks behavioral unit my family and I are contacting our attorney and suing the hospital for not giving him care while it was court ordered plus kicking him out in a horrible state of mind

I was honestly nervous about my mom being brought here but it has been the best experience. We have recently had really bad experiences at St Marys and with the rough reviews on lower bucks I was hesitant. This hospital has truly been amazing since we got here. The nursing staff is out of this world friendly and make you feel like a part of their family. The wya they truly care for their patients is refreshing. This will be our go to from now on for sure! Thank you for taking amazing care of my mom!

INSURANCE WARNING DECEPTIVE BILLING/INSURANCE PRACTICES Took my son to the ER after the recommendation of our Family DR. After checking that the hospital accepted our insurance I was happy that it was a preferred provider for our insurance...until I received a $1300 bill from the ER doctor that DID NOT accept our insurance on top of the co-pay from our insurance for the ER service. BTW...there is no where to check IN ADVANCE of an ER visit who the ER doctors are and what insurances they accept EVEN IF you knew this information ahead of time. How do you have doctors working in the hospital ER that don’t accept the same insurances that the hospital does? How do you NOT inform patients at registration that the Dr you will see doesn’t take your insurance...you sure did know that I owed my co-pay and the amount during registration. I have contacted the hospital billing department only to be told that they don’t handle doctor’s billing it is separate from the hospital’s bill...how do you go to the ER and have a separate bill for the doctor....to add a kicker the doctor billing me NEVER examined my son, NEVER talked to me about my son....so what is the bill for?!?!
