Mackinac Straits Hospital and Health Center

I can’t speak to the hospital care. But the ER is a joke. Failed to do a culture on a UTI for an elderly woman. Prescribed wrong antibiotic. Impatient with questions. Really seemed they just didn’t want to be bothered. Would never take someone I love there again and telling everyone. Gave them 2 stars because a couple people were nice. Older ER doctor should retire.

I remember when we didn't have a hospital. I'm thankful for everything they do! They continue to exceed my expectations! God bless you all. !!

Absolutley ridiculous. I call and call and nobody EVER answers. They never call back. I live in southern Michigan and its gotten to the point if I have to drive up there I will. I accidently paid a Bill twice and they didn't add the extra money to the overall payment. So where the hell is my money. I cant believe they are still open. Horrible.

My dad was very impressed with his Care. Everyone was very friendly. The place was clean. The nurses were always friendly when I was there to visit. We were very pleased with everything during his 5 day stay. He said the food was great too

The er PA Aldridge is horrible. I love the facility and the hours, but you need a new er doctor.
