Madison St Joseph Health Center

I was in this e.r. yesterday. I thought I had strep because my throat was so swollen and I was full of infection. I tested negative for strep or flu. I told the doctor I needed antibiotics for the infection. He gave me 2 tylenol and sent me home. I ended up at my doctors office very early this morning feeling like I was going to die. She couldnt believe that they didnt give me meds. I walked out of her office with 5 prescriptions one of them as a preventative for pneumonia. The only doctor worth seeing here is Dr. Dodd. I know he never would have sent me home like that. The doc I saw is totally incompetent. If I absolutely have no other choice but to ho there again there is only one doctor I will see. No need to ask me to call yall, because we both know it wont matter. Thanks for leaving me to die.

If I could gove no stars I would. Me and my sister went here to get her wrist checked out and the doctor was in there for about 2-3 minutes FORCING her to move her wrist all of the place with her telling him it was putting her in pain and he sent in a nurse with her discharge papers telling us that we need to go to their "health point" because it was non urgent. No x rays nothing for pain. And sent us on our way Unless we gave them $250. All it was about was money, money and money.

We’ve had to come here several times, twice for kidney stones with my son, a kidney infection with my daughter and now my son stepped on a rusty nail this morning. Every single time we’ve been treated with such respect and dignity. We are new here from The Woodlands and I honestly prefer this hospital over The Woodlands any day. Dr Anthony Busti has been absolutely AMAZING, spent plenty of time with us to answer all my crazy mom questions and has always made us feel important. I appreciate the job each and every one of you do for us
