Magee General Hospital

They need a better nutrition service is horrible had family members stay there the bed was broken the toliet was nasty and the food was worse I have seen food in a garage can look better than what they put on the people's plates don't know what happened to this hospital it used to be good they used to take pride in the hospital now not so much.

Triage nurse Bridgette was amazing... the rest of this visit was horrible. Waited over 4 hours to be seen... when asking the front desk an estimated wait time I was told she had no idea and didn’t know even what all was going on. What is she actually on the payroll for?... I’ve been to UMC and had less wait time and treated better.

1/25/2019 have been sitting in the er with my mom since 6pm it's now 730pm not heard anything they haven't checked on her. Save yourself an hour and don't come here at night just drive to Jackson.

very unfriendly staff. They had to stick me 6 times before they could get a vein and I have very good veins I’ve never had to be stuck more than once. The doctor was very rude and acted like I was wanting pain meds even though I had never been there before or since. I was wanting pain meds but it was because I had pancreatitis and was in the worst pain of my life which I found out AFTER I had been discharged with a virus. They had to call me to come back because they sent me home without checking my blood work. Then they proceeded to charge for TWO emergency room visits. Unless I absolutely have to I will not go back.

THIS HOSPITAL HAS ALWAYS TAKEN GREAT CARE OF ME
