Showed up at 7:30 AM on a Saturday morning, the ER waiting room was pretty quiet. They got me registered and in a room in under 20 minutes and the doctor saw me immediately. Best ER experience I've ever had! The doctor made sure to eliminate a few other options with what I had going on via diagnostic testing and made me feel very confident in their diagnosis and treatment plan. The nurses did a great job and everyone was really nice to me. All the testing was done very quickly and results were returned promptly. I was out of there and on my way home by 9 AM.

Visiting family don't have a lot of direction. The nursing staff is phenomenal. But guest services and information were lacking in information. The cafeteria was a maze. No menu posted. Ask the server what they have when you get through the line. Hope it's what you wanted, or go get in the other equally long line. There were prices posted for a grill, for a daily combo special, and something called a grab and go. No signage to tell you where those might be located. I bailed out of the line. I'll get something on the way back to town. Sad. Again, the staff is very cordial. It's the design and managent that is poor quality. They seem to be assuming "we all know which line is which" and maybe there's a schedule for the menus -- but I don't work here and would rather not have to divine the plan. Having a sick family member is stressful enough. I'd have given them a single star, except the staff is so friendly.

While visiting family in a neighboring town my father suffered a nasty fall. After getting him to the E. R. By Ambulance they acted quickly determining he fractured his hip. Within 10hrs they had him into surgery. Everyone treated us so well like family! Everyone we encountered was very friendly and professional! Made it back to Arkansas three days after surgery. And the staff was so polite they actually took it upon themselves to personally call and checkup on him twice. If only it wasn't almost three hours from home I would use them for all my health care needs. I'll forever be in their debt. Thanks for everything they were like an angel sent from Heaven that more than likely saved my Father's life.

I really feel like Magnolia needs to get their priorities straight. My husband sat in the waiting room for THREE hours bleeding. It was horrible! He gashed his wrist open while working, and had the worst care at the emergency room. Number one, If you have time to sit around laughing and cutting up with your little nurse buddies, then you should have time to clean up and wound and stitch it up. It literally took 15 minutes to care for my husband, yet he waited three hours. I honestly can't even say they're a bandaid station anymore....

This place is a joke. I went in with chief complaint of joint pain. I have Rheumatoid and am dealing with severe pain. They treated me for “muscle spasms” and sent me home. I’m now back at home, I have intense pain and burning and a bone protruding in my knees that they did next to nothing to treat. I’ll drive the extra 6 miles to Ripley from now on. I’m sick of dealing with this place.
