If I could give zero stars I would. I went in with pain down both of my legs and advised everyone I came in contact with that I had a large lump behind my left knee and a smaller one behind my right knee and that my condition had been deteriorating over the past two weeks. They asked if I had recently taken any long trips and I advised that I had so they right away focused on blood clot which I totally understand. After ruling that out they did nothing else for me. I left in the same exact pain I came in with. I don't think I ever saw a doctor just a nurse practitioner and no one at any point and time even bothered to look at the lumps I had advised about after mentioning them over and over again. I got a prescription for Motrin (which I had already been taking for two weeks with no relief and getting progressively worse). I am sure this lack of treatment is due to my lack of insurance. I don't know how you can walk in spend hours there and come out with no answer and the exact same way you came in. I also do not know how if someone is telling you that you have lumps on the back of your knees on both sides and you are in extreme pain that they don't even bother to examine the lumps to see what they could be. I sent an email the next morning voicing my frustration at the lack of care with no response. I called this morning as my situation has gotten worse to where I can't stand and am having issues with bowel control and the lady on the phone simply said "hmmm". She did say they got my email but she said you just sent it yesterday morning and that it was sent to the ER director and medical director. I said so they got it and didn't bother to contact me? Then she said well it is five minutes to nine this morning. I said what does that have to do with anything she says it doesn't so let's just drop that. I said you brought it up. She did have someone call me right back and the person was nice enough and said all the right things about talking to their staff looking into it etc. however that does nothing to help me now. She offered to send an ambulance if I can't find a way to get to another facility but no answers as to why nothing was done and the lumps on my legs were not examined and no one looked at my spine to see what was causing all the leg pain. I had one of their nurses tell me that they just rule out and treat anything that could kill me. Really? You treat sprains, broken toes, etc and those aren't deadly conditions. Think twice before you go to this facility. You get a few people that actually care here and there but the overall atmosphere is not one of caring especially if uninsured.
