Marlborough Hospital

I can not say enough about how great my 2 experiences were at this hospital , no 16 hour wait times. I was admitted and had the greatest care and doctors and nurses both times !!

There were a couple of times that I’ve been in the Marlborough Hospital when I felt like they could’ve done a lot better with handling a crowded ER Dept. I went there on a Tuesday night. Everything went perfect. The registration was quick & friendly, I was able to get a room immediately. I feel as if they did a great job that night. I didn’t feel ignored, or pushed aside because my issue wasn’t that severe. All of the staff were very professional and kind. That’s why they deserve a 5 star rating from moi. Thank you!

Nightmare!!!! Do not go here! I came on an ambulance last night after a 5 car accident. other than taking my vitals no one asked me how I was they left me in a hall next to a screaming woman who came in after me but was told she was “mental health” so she needed the attention. No one would help me to the bathroom or give me water or move my bed down the hall so I didn’t hear the screaming. It was the worst experience I’ve ever had and this place should be ashamed to call themselves a hospital!!!!

I had an amazing experience. I was treated with kindness and respect! Highly recommend!!!!

Emergency room (ER) has a much shorter wait time than I’ve experienced in a Worcester ER, and this hospital’s only about a 15 to 20 minute drive from the Northborough Crossing shopping center!
