Caring, knowledgeable, and courteous staff. I have been pleased with my experience with the medical professionals and hospital administration. Location is convenient.

Avoid this place!!! Financial Assistance, Charity program, %discounts - does not qualify for out of state patients. I was straight told by representative Crissy: "You just have to come up with the money to pay. Normal people have insurance." . . (We do have out of state government insurance). She was very unprofessional, hateful, unsympathetic. Go to some other Hospital with better work ethics and professionalism.

Deserves to be shut down. Worst nurses and terrible service. They treat you like garbage when you are already feeling very sick. The ambulance company is no good either. Stay away from this hospital unless you are having a heart attack and can't get anywhere else fast enough. They wouldn't let my family come see me in the room at first. I made a formal complaint to the head of the hospital and never heard anything back from anyone. This was more than 6 months ago.

My step son was in an accident in 2016. My husband was only told he was at Marshall County Hospital. He called the hospital to see about his son, the lady yelled in the phone "HE IS DEAD!" Weeks later maybe even a month or two I called the hospital talked to somebody about how their staff handled this situation. I was told, "Oh Ok I'll past the information on and get back to you." Not sure what that meant she didn't get my name or anything.

This hospital is full of rude and unhelpful staff that just sit around looking at facebook on their phone and laughing amongst themselves. Is that appropriate ER behavior when there are sick people waiting to be seen? They need to close it down, it's a waste of space!
