Husband had to stay a few nights due to illness. Spacious room...with 2 folding chairs. Asked staff for a recliner for elderly mother in law to get feet up. Got Nothing after being told they would find something. Asked to get another tray, so elderly mother in law could eat a meal with her son. She sat in front of window sill to eat, no tray. I understand the main purpose is to get medical care for patient, but I find this ridiculous, considering medical costs rising. Patients tend to feel better when family and friends come and visit. I am positive this stay is costing a small fortune. I don’t know if they have new management or what is going on, but really considering finding other arrangements next time a trip to the Hospital is required.

Very good hospital... med-surg floor has some of the best nurses and aides...

The ER tries to get you out without having to help you if they can. The staff that helped with my pregnancy was great but the ER is a disaster.

Since we arrived we have been treated with the best courtesy ever. My wife just give birth and we can't be more happy with the staff. The ladies are great and really cheerful. A big 5 not only for the way we get treated but for the patient and the love this people put into their jobs.

greedy, greedy people there. they care more about getting paid than their patient's well being.
