Massena Memorial Hospital

Hospital was slow and ill-equipped. Our daughter and her unborn child were placed in a dangerous position due to they're inability to listen, assess and act speedily in response to the situation.

This place shouldnt even be purchased by ST Lawrence health. It's a cesspool of delinquents and underqualified staff. It's worth driving the distance to Potsdam Hospital. Tear this place down and start over.

This hospital is a joke. I sat in the waiting room for 3 hours, in pain crying. When I got to my room they gave me pain meds and then left me in the room for 4 hours and did not bother to come and check on me. The only time they came in was when i paged them because I had to use the bathroom. Then an ambulance came and they came in and said they couldnt find anything wrong with me so they discharged me. This is not the first time they have done this. I have had nothing but terribke experineces with this hospital. I will never come here again. I refuse to be treated by doctors that have no idea what they are doing and are so understaffed its not funny.

Excellent care we received, staff is very caring.

This place is trash. If you want all of your business aired out come to this dump. The staff doesn’t respect confidentiality at all. BEWARE.
