Absolutely worst hospital you could ever send someone to. I don’t know if the people working here even have degrees? You tell them all the information they would possibly need and their social services case manager can’t even figure out how to do her job. This place NEEDS to be shut down.

It is amazing to be given the privilege of watching people come at some the roughest times of their lives and invest themselves in treatment and transform back into the version of themselves that they were before. As a Mayhill staff member, I know that absolutely every member of the staff are there for one thing only.... To help people get themselves back on the right track. And as far as a work place, fellow staff members are like family. We strive to better one another for the sake of the patients everyday and the sense of accomplishment that I get from not only the patients but my coworkers is something I've never experienced anywhere else.

When I was at my lowest point, my family took me here. I’ll admit I didn’t want to go because I thought I could get myself better, but looking back on it now I know that I needed help. Now that I have finished my final outpatient session I feel so much better about myself. It’s like how I felt after I finished my rehab and started going to AA. The support I received while a patient and the support I found after will be able to help me in my future - which I am very happy to say I have. I also know that if I ever get to that point in my life again I have a place that I can go where I can get the help I would need.

I went in recently with a relative that deals with an anxiety disorder. The staff and doctors were really friendly, helpful, and they helped her get the help she needed. I'd 100% recommend Mayhill to anyone who needs mental health treatment; best experience I've had.

If you love your family member please, I beg you, do not send them or let them be taken to Mayhill. I just got out of there today. I was denied my rights and held against my will for 5 days. I even had an evaluation by a licensed PhD who recommended I be released and they still held me. Finally my husband and son contacted an attorney and got me out. I have very good health insurance including Medicare and TriCare. They are definitely milking the insurance companies. I am waiting to see the bill and then turn it over to Medicare to investigate fraud. In the meanwhile I’m seeking legal counsel and will pursue charges.
