Absolutely hands down worst hospital/ER. I will never bring my family here again! My son had a fever of 102.8 and complaining g of abdominal pain, nausea, hadn't eaten or drank all day so I took him to uptown urgent care Dr. There was phenomenal...she was concerned about his appendix since she didn't see any signs of ear infection and flu and strep were both negative so she instructed me to take him to the ER. Dr came in didn't even introduce himself as the Dr. and laughed at me for wasting his time and told me I should have just called his pediatrician

Wish I could give a zero star! My girlfriend went a couple times to the ER when she was pregnant because she had tummy pain they told her that it was just her kidneys and she had a uti. A week later we went to covenant and we found out that her appendix was ruptured. They didn’t even try to find out what it was just gave her antibiotics and sent her home!

This place is unbelievable! I have never experienced such rude behavior and attitude from staff. I have been waiting almost 2 hours at the labs and they have called 2 people back. And an attitude from staff when I asked an expected time.

We were spoiled by McLaren's competition. Today they showed a total lack of patient respect by making us wait one hour after our appointment for an x-ray. Poor treatment after insisting that we show up 15 minutes early. Wish that " no stars" was an option.

This facility is dirty, unorganized and outdated. I did not see my surgeon before or after surgery, nor did he speak with my children in the waiting room. He didn't even round. His P.A. showed up. The nursing staff and the tray servers were very sweet and attentive especially after I suffered a major anxiety attack. Twice no one responded to the call button My nurse found me standing in the doorway crying and shaking with all of my equipment trailing behind me. I will not go to this facility again!
