wonderful staff in out patient surgery. I was scheduled for a 12:30 pm surgery. Literally expected to be home by 2 eating and hanging out, but surgery didn’t start until 7:30 pm. I sat in a bed in a room for 7 long boring hours. The nursing staff could not have been better. Rachel and Rex were awesome. Genuinely care about people, wasn’t part of the job to be compassionate or even a decent person, but they were great.
Every day they go to work, they meet people having a bad day. That has to get old, but it doesn’t show, those two and the anesthesiologist were great, genuine people, who clearly like, possibly love their jobs. Tells me their management might be people that are there for the right reasons also.
I had to wait so long because the surgery before me had complications. Yes, it sucked sitting in a room for 7 hours doing nothing, but the people are phenomenal, and tried to go above and beyond to accommodate me! Thank you
Was treated fairly, however multiple inquiries to get a itemized detail of charges, resulted in them sending me to collections, and ignoring my request. There were many discrepancies billed to my insurance company and no opportunity to inquire or dispute.
They sent me to collections, who could only provide a summary, and suggested I try again. Still have received no itemized bill.
It’s been 2 months since I delivered my baby girl. The hospital was amazing!!! My first time coming to medical city but the experience was great!! The years were very helpful and attended to my needs. I highly recommend coming !
We took our toddler hear for an outpatient surgery and had an excellent experience-from admissions to discharge, this place treated us very well. And, I think they actually LIKED their job! Also, I did some pricing around the greater Dallas area for ear tubes and this place was the least expensive, so bonus!
If you have heart issues, stay away! The cardiac surgeon was not confident in himself to do the surgery so transferred me to Baylor hospital in Plano. Also, incompetent ER staff. They didn’t have the meds I take regularly so asked my family to bring my own meds from home 😂😂😂 Maybe I should bring my own nurses and physicians with me too? Lol
