This hospital Deserve 5 stars for their quality services. Great experience on my first born at this hospital. The nurses always stopping and asking for status. The suite are huge in size and quiet. The room made it feel like a resort stay than a hospital. The painful process of delivery was eliminated by the friendly staffs. Will have my second born here again!
The ICU staff was Amazing. The end was not what we wanted but the staff was so caring and compassionate. They made the loss of a loved one the best we could have asked for. Our love for the doctors and nurses here is like family.
Back in Aug my son was involved in a motorcycle accident, and had to be care flighted to Medical City of Plano. The staff throughout the hospital was great! They addressed and figured out his condition quickly, and communicated everything well. The hospital made sure my son was comfortable and alright. The trauma floor (4th floor) and nursing staff was great! They stayed on top of taking care of my son, his procedures, meds, etc. The five days we were there the same trauma, and surgical doctors cared for him. The did a amazing job! That made a difference you never experience seeing the same doctors in the hospital. I am proud to say I am happy my son was taken to Medical City Of Plano. They even called to check on my son after he was released. They deserve more than five stars in my opinion. Thanks for everything.
Thank God for the wonderful cardiologist at Medical City Plano! My husband suffered a heart attack a week ago. Dr.Dao of Heart Place took great care of him as well as all the nurses and staff on the 7th floor!! The ER nurses were amazing also. Rachael was the best. I wish I could thank her personally for helping us get the care we needed. Thank you Medical City!!!!❤
Had a baby last year there and set a agreed payments plans arrangement with the hospital to include the mom & baby accounts together. In April this year I have submitted the last payment to be surprised that when I have the second baby and set the payments plan I have the last year account sent to collection without whatsoever notice, phone call, email, or mail!!! And when I asked why? All they can help me with is that they are sorry that happened!. Please take away this, if you have to deal with this hospital, just be super careful when it comes to billings since there seems no heed for customers on this side. The one star is for nurse services.
