I got a bill in the mail from a debt collector after I was seen here. I have no problem paying my bills the issue was I only received one bill in the mail which I paid in full. almost 6 months later I get this piece of mail saying I still owe money from a collector. Send me the bill and ill pay its that simple. you would think a place with so many college degrees would figure out how to work a post office.

My daughter recently came in with cramps, vaginal bleeding and concerns she was pregnant. They refused to even do a blood test or examine her and sent her home with no answers. In the 20 years I've had to deal with them, they've killed my grandma, several good friends and almost killed my oldest child by overlooking an allergy and trying to give her that medication. If I hadn't been there to question the very rude nurse, she would have been another loss. Please go anywhere else if you can and NEVER let a loved one go without someone there to watch what they do!

5-10 years ago I would not have given this place 5 stars. The ER Doctor Luke in the back with private rooms is the most amazing ER doctor I have ever had and all of his nurses I have met are right there with him. They care and show it.

Dr.Frye Obstetrics/Gynecologist is hands down the BEST ob/gyn I have ever met! No one else will ever come near me again!

So I am writing this review today because every single new employee I have come in contact with deserves to be recognized! Because they are making memorial hospital a much better environment! So thank you to all of those who were there for me in the last two weeks! I cant thank you enough for all of your help, care, and compassion!

I called them after being referred there on behalf of my son. I wanted to go to urgent care but they said I’d have to go to the ER at the hospital to have the test run. We suspected he had pin worms and wanted to get him treatment immediately. It was Saturday and first they suggested that we wait for his doctor to try and get him in next week. The woman I talked to was rude and clearly cared nothing for our predicament and when I asked her questions she said she had told me everything she was going to tell me over the phone and hung up on me! Terrible service!! I will never go back there!

I have to say I have been reading reviews that range from 1-5 stars and over a year to 1 month ago, and I have to say I would agree with most of them. MOST of the ER is horrible, the inpatient, is Not that Good. As a matter of fact, they almost killed my sister while she was up there because the staff dr. said she could eat, even though her surgeon put in her chart clear liquid diet, however the outpatient staff is Amazing. The communication is next to non there, and you have to pay attention when you tell them what medications you CAN'T take, because they will just put in what they want NOT what you tell them. Now, that being said, the Cancer Center is AMAZING!!! Dr. LAW is the Best surgeon Hands Down!!! I have had the Best care at the neurological center and the Gastrointestinal center. MOST of the exray and imaging is Awesome, except for a MRI team I had one morning, the assisting technician didn't know things that were VERY important to know and the main Technician was NOT professional at all. If it had been my first MRI, it probably would have been my last (there anyway) and yes, I did contact the patient advocate. So, my advice (being I have grown up with this hospital and have also said it is called Memorial for a reason) is to research each department and Dr. before you go, it really could be life or death. The BEST or WORST experience ever.
