This hospital is disaster. specially Katy pediatric clinic and the lab. Don’t waste your time and money to go there. they won’t help you and every one blames others. I will never go back to this place. every one works there is Rude .
I just had my baby here and the nursing staff were amazing!! They educated me on my babies condition and made sure I understood everything. They all had an amazing bedside manner. I hate their ER but L&Dand postpartum care is out of sight!
I would love to give 5 starts but the staff in the front desk were just rude front staff needs some work but all the nurses and nurse practitioner were so amazing they definitely made me feel better they checked me and made sure everything was ok they didn’t skip a step everyone was so nice and helpful in the back everyone who assisted in my care explained everything with so much detail to me I really really appreciated it. Thank you to Ms. Katherine and Elvira I didn’t get the ultrasound techs name but she was so sweet and awesome thanks to every one who helped.
All hospitals could learn about customer service from these folks, never met a nicer group of people. Not just a few but everyone I encountered.if I could give them a 20 star rating I would. My experience was as pleasant as it could be . Would recommend them to all.
Memorial Hermann advertise this location as a pediatric emergency room but do not be fooled. They can basically handle minor, urgent care type, illness. If you have anything more than a earache, please go to a real pediatric emergency center. After checking my son in, we were told we needed to be transferred to the medical center for further evaluation. Mind you, they transfer you to the pediatric emergency center at the medical center. But they charge you a second ER visit and you are liable for the ambulance transportation. So do yourself a favor and either go to the Children Hospital west campus or drive downtown so you don't waste time and money. Memorial Hermann should not be able to advertise a service that they can't fully delivered. Very disappointing. Also the billing department is extremely disorganized. They misplaced some payment I made during a previous visit and did not apply it to the right account so my insurance could not processed my out of pocket properly . I had to call them several times and still waiting on a resolution while receiving notice of collection.
