Nurses and doctors saved my life more times than I can count and I will never be able to repay them for it, even the phlebotomists we're gentle and so kind! I would give 5 stars but I ended up with a back sore down to my bone that could have been avoided and two open heart surgeries and no heart pillow! I wanted and needed one so bad! Would have been much easier when they transferred me to care partners if they gave me a heart pillow! More mad at the back wound. All callist n gross now. If that would have gotten infected if the clot didn't kill me that could have! Please if your a patient or a family member of please remind nurses to turn them! I was on life support and that's how I got it. Can happen to anyone being in there too long.

Had it not been for the unparalleled professionalism, expertise, compassion, courtesy, dedication, efficiency and effectiveness that I received from every member of the staff I interacted with at both Mission ER, then Mission St. Joseph, I doubt whether I'd have been around to write this review. Please thank them all for me and tell them, 'Mission Accomplished!' I'm forever grateful for everything they did.

Local monopoly which is characteristic of why healthcare costs so much in this country. I didnt have health insurance when i was in college this truck ran me off the road on my scooter, and to get my toe and knee sewed up was 6000!!! If I had known the cost I would have gone to Sisters of Mercy and saved 1000s, or found some other way. But thats when they scam you the hardest, when youre injured and scared and cant think clearly. Hospitals inflate artificially the cost of everything, in order to pretend to give health insurance companies discounts for bringing them "customers" (NOT PATIENTS), and this song and dance has been going on almost a 100 years, with prices rising bit by bit. If you dont have health insurance you still have to pay the hyper-inflated prices designed for insurance companies. Its a horrible, horrible racket, and it should be illegal. Hopefully something soon will change but this place is the problem not the solution.

The nurses and staff were fantastic. I was sent there from the E.R. because Mission had no rooms left. I was very sick there for 5 days . If I have to go back to E.R. ever I will ask them to send me to the 10th floor on St Joseph's.

Am going to file lawsuit against this hospital for malpractice that caused irreversible physical harm to an eĺderly patient. Even EMS stated the staff at St. Josephs is rude. The nurses and doctors are condescending, refuses a bedpan to this elderly military widow, left meals in corridor, unsanitary dispensing of medications, and much more. Be sure to have witnesses with ýou & fo not give them carte blach access to your finances.
