Third E.R. visit with a type 1 juvenile diabetic child. The hospital itself may look a bit old but the care here has been second to none. I come from Orange County and work at CHOC myself so my standards and expectations are very high. I can only speak on the emergency department because we always end up transported to Orange County. This doctor is great and knows what to do and staff is excellent. They got lines in her first time each time. She did not cry one bit. Very happy with care here and have recommended to families in my area.

If I could leave zero stars then I would!! If you value your life or your loved ones life then I would stay far far away from this hospital!!!!
They do not care about you or your health! Out of the 5 days I unfortunately had to endure at this so called hospital I had 2 nice and compassionate nurses who genuinely seemed to care! Thank you too both of them! But unfortunately for the rest of the staff like my morning nurse Tess seemed to be overwhelmed with patients that she couldn't see me!! apparently My health obviously wasn't as important to her as her other patients!! Then there's the charge nurse Jennifer H. who avoided talking to me at all! So then there's her supervisor Cynthia I didn't get her last name but she is the 2nd floor supervisor and believe me she was no better!! She avoided talking to me at all!
How she calls herself a supervisor & a professional is beyond me!!
I mean the whole hospital is so old the beds are old and rattle and they are very uncomfortable especially if you have back problems like myself. They don't have updated gowns and it's obvious they keep an old staff too!! A staff that hasn't been updated on how to treat people as human beings!!! To treat us like a patient and not just a bed!!! We are human beings and we deserve respect too!! I mean what if it were your loved one who was sick and having to endure this kind of treatment! Also the attending Doctor Dr Ganta who discharged me without even going over a discharge summary of what to do next. Mind you that morning I was told I was going to be seeing a kidney doctor and might have to have my antibiotics changed but then it went from that too just discharging me! No Explanation's!! This has been the worst expierence & this is the WORST HOSPITAL I've ever been too in the Inland Empire area!!!
BE WARNED!!!
