All the ER staff and nurses/docs treated me like family. I was unexpectedly admitted for 3 days. Thank you for treating me with respect and helping in my time of need. Thumbs up to Sharon/Heidi/Theresa/Jeana for the great conversation and treatment. Hope to run into you again but in a different circumstance.

Had to go to ER 3 times in 2 months. Nurses we're great, docs were good and listened to what I had to say. Ended up going back for scheduled outpatient IVs in the ER and the staff were all wonderful. Gotta love the reception staff who were caring and helpful.

Went to the ER when my wife got hurt on our vacation. We were helped immediately. They took great care of us and we were fortunate to have the been helped by such good people.

Just horrible, went in because I was sick from mold and doctor Merk litteraly told me he didn't know mold could make you sick. All of my syptoms where described on the CDC's page on mold... Like how does a doctor not know mold can make you sick?

I had a most pleasant experience at the Lakeshore Campus of Mercy Health. I had an object lodged in my ear and Dr. Roger Holman was able to dislodge expeditiously. He was kind and caring and, most of all, painless. The care and concern of the entire staff was most refreshing. Nurse Cynthia Schultz was most efficient and professional. Being employed as a health professional at the College of Medicine at UIC in charge of hospital evaluations, it was pleasing to find this facility operating at such a high level of professionalism and caring. Well done.
