Mercy Health Lakeshore Campus

I had to see a doctor while on vacation, which wasn’t ideal; however I couldn’t have asked for better care. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating. I had a few tests, and the results were processed quickly. Staff communicated with me regularly while I waited, and a matter of no time they had me out the door, ready to enjoy the rest of my vacation. While I don’t recommend visiting a hospital/urgent care on vacation, if you need a doctor, this is a great place to go. 🙂

EXCELLENT CARE! I was seen and outta there for stiches in under 45 minutes,from registration on.Nurse Heidi,Nurse Bob, and Dr Heidi were awesone.Nice to know that Lakeshore has a real Dron site in the Er. Great experience

All the ER staff and nurses/docs treated me like family. I was unexpectedly admitted for 3 days. Thank you for treating me with respect and helping in my time of need. Thumbs up to Sharon/Heidi/Theresa/Jeana for the great conversation and treatment. Hope to run into you again but in a different circumstance.

Had to go to ER 3 times in 2 months. Nurses we're great, docs were good and listened to what I had to say. Ended up going back for scheduled outpatient IVs in the ER and the staff were all wonderful. Gotta love the reception staff who were caring and helpful.

Went to the ER when my wife got hurt on our vacation. We were helped immediately. They took great care of us and we were fortunate to have the been helped by such good people.
