Been here for over four hours now. I have never once seen a hospital this badly ran. They don’t show any affection toward anything. Leave you in your room for hours without saying anything. We will absolutely never step foot in this place again.

This is the absolute worse hospital I have ever been to. They are the most un-compassionate people I have ever met. Went in with symptoms of a stroke and was treated like a piece of garbage. I would rather risk having someone from The Heights operate on me in a trap house. Worth the drive to Grand Rapids

I had a liver biopsy today in Radiology and received exceptional care from everyone. The doctor was very good but my favorite was my nurse. She went above and beyond, I just love her. She noticed my oxygen levels were too low to release me and did everything she thought of to help. Such a sweet lady.

I went to the emergency room yesterday for a squirrel bite and they were very professional and nice about it. But they ended up giving me 8 rabies shots even though I did not even need the rabies shots because squirrels don't carry rabies.

The main reception people are no go I was at reception at 545 and I am still here at719 with a schedule of 800. These girls are the wersed ever
