I came in for lab work and after checking in my name was marked off the list. I waited over an hour and then had to ask what was up. The lady at the reception desk was more concerned about chatting with a coworker than resolving my issue. What a joke.

I've had some bad experiences here before but maybe they're changing? Nurses were super nice and friendly. Dr was great. I guess there will be rude people anywhere you go but I think the good ones here make up for the bad

I had my baby here and the experience was good but should’ve of been way better. My nurses were amazing! When things got serious they comforted me and told me it was all okay! By far the best nurses in LABOR AND DELIVERY are Taylor, Breana, and Blonde Misty!!! Anyways I believe the hospital itself does not know how to operate things. First off my shoes and my babies stuffed elephant went missing when I went to have my c section and somehow was no where to be found, then l received a DIFFERNT babies footprints in the mail and all they could tell me was “oh no”. If you can have your baby at a different hospital, I definitely recommend it!

The doctors and nurses on 3rd floor were great. A certain CMA had absolutely no bedside manner or professionalism. She spoke about things that were absolutely inappropriate for on the clock conversation as well as handed out business cards for her business while we were there. Acted like she knew more about the patient and the patients history than the people that care for her on a daily basis. Besides this one individual, I am impressed with the way everything else went!

Some of the L and D staff have no bedside manner they dont answer questions when asked and are rude
