Mercy Hospital Ardmore

Went for 2 outpatient tests on the same day. Each time I was attended to quickly during the check in process. After going back to the testing center I was quickly greeted and checked in. For both tests my wait time amounted to only a few minutes. The technicians who performed the two tests I had were all very courteous and professional. They communicated clearly, politely, and respectfully. My experience was a great one and I am grateful for Mercy.

Maybe they are understaffed or they're just doing their best to control the population of Ardmore. It's a good size hospital but there isn't anyone there that knows much of anything. The nurse staff was okay but unfortunately the nurses aren't doctors. I've seen better bed side manners from a janitor.

They treated me like I was beneath them because I was homeless

It is very clean, efficient, and take care of there patients in a timely and caring way.

As a nursing home admissions coordinator, I have found Mercy Hospital in Ardmore to have an excellent Case Management staff! They are very thorough and professional!
