Mercy Hospital Aurora

The volunteers were always very friendly at the front! Radiologist were super nice!!! And OB was extremely helpful and nice and paid close attention to every concern for me and our baby!! Nurses were amazing!! Couldn't have asked for a better experience!!!

I have been to this emergency room several times and each time I put up with attitudes from the nursing staff and judgement from the doctors. They treat your problems better than most hospitals but the way they do it is unnecessary. You shouldn't have to put up with judgement and attitude when you don't feel good.

I was here with my 1 month old baby.... the ER works were awesome for the most part *One nurse was pretty shaky then tried to draw my babies blood... common sense should say not to do it* we had to be taken into Labor and Delivery for a overnight stay to be monitored. L&D nurses were very rude. They basically ignored all my worries and concerns with my babies IV. Out of 5 nursed only 1 was great. Once being in L&D my babies name bracelet that goes on her ankle was so tight it left red marks all over her and a part is swollen. I mentioned how tight it was and all the nurses but 1 said it was fine. The 1 good nurse had a hard time putting scissors to cut it off. I have always beard bad reviews of this hospital and I finally seen it first handed. Thank you to the 1 nurse and the 3 doctors for caring about my baby and doing your best.

I went in with dizziness, tingling and strange sensation that went from my chest down both arms, high BP and extreme fatigue. The "dr" diagnosis was nasal inflammation due to allergies. I haven't had a runny/ stuffy nose no cough, sneezing etc....I know I'm no dr but...seriously. spend more than 2 min with a patient and oh I don't know listen to them Dr. Diehl....

Third World Healthcare. The kind of place they would rather prescribe a masking medication than actually treat someone. The Emergency Room, desk-lady/secretary told me they were very busy. They had 3 patients back there... glad to know you’re feeling overwhelmed ya sow. Words I would use to describe this hospital might include JOKE, DISGRACE, MOCKERY, & SCAM.
