feedback about Mercy Medical Center-North Iowa
.......The doctors at this hospital were great, However the administration , and office workers including management are scamming sick patients who have no insurance.
.......They will find any way they can to deny patients medical care.
........As you already know this "hospital" receives millions of dollars in federal and state funding simply because "Mercy Medical center" proclaims itself as a "non-profit" "religion" based business to the "government".
......They collect the government money , but deny patients medical care.
......What I am posting is very true and accurate, and if "Mercy medical center" is not " happy" with my review, please refer to the 1st amendment right of "free speech" of the US Constitution.
Really like the after hours hot line nurses. They are very thorough & comforting with questions with our baby. Wonderful service that is offered by the hospital
Waited 6 hours in e.r. before telling me there was no room. And was rushed to the nearest hospital 4 hours away. To get the emergency care I needed.. best choice they made. Saved my life
Nurse Kathy and Dr. Kuchay in the ER did a wonderful job of helping me and making sure I was okay. I am so grateful. And they treated me with the utmost respect. All of the nurses I saw were absolute sweethearts to me. Thank you so much. And thank you for all that you sacrifice for us patients.
Though I've always been treated well in the building, I've never felt so neglected by a business while outside of it. I sprained my ankle last Wednesday, and as of right now, I need information by 4pm faxed to my job or I am getting fired. I have tried for days to get ahold of my doctor, to no avail. I wish I could give this facility a rating of 0 stars. I am so displeased and so genuinely ticked off at this place. I need a few papers so I don't lose my job, and you can't even manage that.
Update - I had a family member call the same line, as I'm pretty busy, they got through on the first try. Kind of wondering if they whitelist people who have met their deductible?
