This place ROCKS. Thank you so very much for all your help and expertise. You made me feel great again and made my life awesome. Each and everyone that I was involved with. From the valet parking all the way to Dr.Koranne, thank you so very much. Dan.
Did you pass the 5th grade?
I had a foreign doctor look at me for 2 minutes. He sent me home. I could have died. Having a severe allergic reaction, my lymph node was so building and I couldn't even eat or drink. No tests were ran!
Run for your life!
The care at this facility seems very sub-par. Staff does not communicate well with each other or the patients. Requests and authorization to send all ER/Doctor/Surgery/X-Ray records to follow up doctor was not completed even though the hospital acknowledged receiving the request AND the authorization. Arrived at the follow-up appointment only to find the hospital did not send the records as requested more than a week prior to the appointment.
Hospital Administration doesn’t appear to have any quality control checks and balances in place. If you have the option, choose another facility.
I'm hopeful that this surgical procedure will allow me to live at maximum capacity....nothing beats a failure but a try!!!!! (Kellism)
The staff is great.
I highly recommend Dr. Ondoma (Neurologist) Jordan (PA).
Thanks, Jennifer, Kayla, Megan, Kassie, Briana and those whose names I didn't get for the excellent care 😷😷👩⚕️👨⚕️👩⚕️👨⚕️ and service.

You ALL were just North of my EXPECTATIONS.....
I worked closely with staff in the Mercy ER for over three years as a low level functionary. I saw professionalism every day, compassion and courtesy for every patient without fail, from doctors, nurses, technicians, registration staff and everyone else. All patient's were treated equally with the best possible methods; no resources available were spared. To me MercyOne M. City is a Sacred Place.
"patient's" 2nd time should read "patients". Type O. I've also been a patient there more than once and was treated very well.
