I know there’s a lot of negative reviews, but I had high quality service in the emergency room here. They were very considerate of my generalized anxiety disorder, and were very nice and communicative. No issues.

If I could give minus stars I would. I had 1 excellent nurse while i have been here for 6 days. Pretty bad considering I had at least 20 nurses during my most unpleasant stay. The worst part is, I really liked this place! I am going to complain all day everyday for the way I was treated! Being retired, I have no other distractions! This place is horrid!!! ( not just emergency room ) but also in the e.r

My fiancé was treated very poorly by Michelle, she did not give discharge instructions, I was very upset and asked to speak with someone else, out comes the charge nurse Janelle, she explained to me that she does not “see through a crystal ball” Which was firstly an upsetting statement to begin with, a way to provoke someone who is already concerned and dissatisfied. Instead of using a nurturing tone like nurses should do ESPECIALLY a charge nurse you would think consoling would come with “experience”. Than she goes on to say that I was belligerent and said that my fiancé could not be seen even though he could not breathe. Upset? Very... who wouldn’t be after being treated like a nobody by professionals who we are supposed to trust with our well-being. Belligerent, no I wasn’t aggressive. Outspoken, very. I have never in my life been treated this way at St. Ann, if this is who they hire now I feel bad for the hospitals reputation because the staff tonight showed that they are ruining it. I will be contacting BBB, Ohio Department of Health, Office For Civil Rights, Ohio KeyP, as well as a few others. Hopefully a change will be made. We deserve an apology. We were treated inhuman it hurts honestly. Especially to have security called on you when all you want is help.

Good, fast care. I would go there again if needed. (❁´◡`❁)

As my husband was seen in the ER today at 330 am, I listened to the nursing staff talk bad about a patient's body odor, I get who likes sour smells? No one, but it doesn't give them the right to talk to each other in hearing range of the public, disrespectful to need emergency room serives and be talked about by the same staff that suppose to care for you, even stated that no UTI = Uniary Track Infection of a female patient, stated that UTI would never make you smell like that even down to the Doctor himself, What kind of people are being employed to judge? I don't like this at all and it's very disrespectful. I'm angered by this.
