Since I have to choose a star , I will choose 1 and that is being generous. Avoid this hospital at all costs. I have been under the care of top doctors including a team at Mayo Hospital in Jax FL.but apparently this hospital has all the answers. Nurse Gary was extremely unprofessional and when I told him I overheard him talking about me to another nurse in the hall and I felt it was not only unprofessional but insulting he started getting rude. I asked him a question and at no point during the conversation did I become hostile or rude but he told me to leave, I followed him to the desk and asked for the Directors phone number which out of 5 people no one knew it. Nurse Gary then decided it would be appropriate to call security on me and told him I was unable to find my way out because I asked for the Directors name and since I was ignored asked the people at the desk what the name of my nurse is because I would be filing a complaint. No one wanted to give his name even after I said I have the right to know who treated me. Finally someone told me. This has to be the most outrageous hospital visit ever. I have been in patient over 30 times in other reputable hospitals but navigating through this ER was a complete nightmare. It is a 100% unacceptable that I would be denied answers to very valid questions especially since at no point did I disrespect anyone. Sorry but I find it hard to trust a hospital who can make crazy assumptions about your health and get so upset that a patient would ask questions that could be vital to their health. Calling security should be reserved for a threatening situation which is in no way a behavior that I displayed. If anyone should have called security it should have been me. Please do not take your loved ones to this hospital, patients deserve to be treated in a professional and kind manner.

Considering the other Norristown Hospitals this place is the best.
