Merit Health River Region

The emergency room nurses on the night shift are very rude and unprofessional. One of the nurses had a bad attitude and told my son to "shut up" and I had to catch myself before I knocked her teeth out of her mouth. Only come here if it's your LAST resort!

On Sunday, June 30th we took my husband to the ER because he was in excruciating pain. The staff got him settled and proceeded on to the different tests they thought would give them the answer to the source of his pain. They did blood work and a CT Scan. Both came back clear. Did they run anymore tests to see why he was in pain, no! They told us we had to pay the deductible which was $700 and told him to go home and get some rest. So although the staff and wait time was incredible, all we left there with was a huge bill and some Advil. Nothing was done about my husband's pain!

I was in a automobile accident I was taken to we I had crush wrist and two broken ties and I was ther two hours before I was given any pain medication after asking and I was st my correct mind didn’t sign papers before a procedure was performed I have three s huge scars on my arm because a cast was too tight after they were told too tight it was s night mare the drs and nuts were talk g about going out drinking.. the state police called my husband and got me outta that horrible place and taken to s real Hospital I would not recommend anyone going there several Hippa violations too

what an amazing hospital the care that was given to my husband was top notch the drs and nurses and all of the staff here were the best. Food was even great. I was so glad he was transferred here from natchez. A+++++

They took great care of me while I was having a miscarriage in the ER. So sweet from front desk to nurses to doctors!
