I am so dissatisfied with the service I received at this hospital. First of all they put my son on a breathing machine and he has never had problems breathing. Then it took them 5 hours after it was supposed to be taken out to remove it. He was sent in the ambulance alone by a family member and no one was with him to make decisions. They made decisions off impulse. The service the NCC unit gave was good that’s the only reason I gave them one star. Some of these people in charge are not passionate at all about their job and have horrible customer service skills. From the time I arrived in emergency the staff was rude and nonchalant. I know they see sick people everyday but I feel like we should have been shown some compassion. It took them 30 minutes to even tell me where my son was and 15 more minutes before I could see him. We’ve been here 3 days and two nights. I think it’s more about the insurance and not my son. We were supposed to be moved midday yesterday and we’re just sitting here. They have no urgency and no one knows anything. Whenever we do leave we will never come back to this hospital again. I am thankful they helped my son. After I posted this review I was visited by some of the upper level managers and directors of this hospital. They made us feel special and assured us that they would address the issues so others won’t have to experience what we did. They asked if there was anything they could do to make the rest of our stay as comfortable as possible. I appreciate being heard and acknowledged and them coming personally to apologize to us. A little compassion and understanding can go along way. Thanks Methodist staff for all your help. My son is feeling much better!!!❤️

They have their employees leave positive reviews so just remember that when your reading the raving five-star reviews. I was told this when I informed the charge nurse I would be leaving a review about ways they can improve. Also, they have staff who lie and document untrue things about patients. Always request your medical records! Lots of unethical stuff going on up in this place.

Came to the ER really sick and they took excellent care of me. The staff were all professional and caring. I left feeling so much better than I did when I came in. Michelle was the best nurse I’ve ever had. I can’t thank them enough for taking such great care of me! Thank you thank you thank you!

I am a driver and I bring my residents to Methodist for the doctor appointments but the valet department are absolutely RUDE! I don't understand how they are valet and working for the people and they are not helping the people. They won't allow a service vehicle to drive and drop off elderly people in the front by the fountain. I'm not parking I'm only dropping off so WHY I don't understand?They act as of they're being helpful with the sarcastic smile and talk but they are making their own rules and treating visitors like they don't matter! If I could have a email or phone number to discuss where is the appropriate location for drop off besides the front please let me know.

All I can say is, Amazing staff, very friendly makes you feel so comfortable and very attentive to your needs. I delivered my baby here on Saturday as soon as I arrived to labor and delivery I was happy. I went through my delivery and was very satisfied with staff and the assistance you receive as well as the care for yourself and baby and you can tell immediately how much they care about their patients. Me and my baby are very happy and beyond satisfied. The only thing is they don’t take your baby to give you rest but I never really need or want that because I want my baby with me at all times, just personal preference. Other than that five stars from me!
