Methodist Hospital of Sacramento

Dignity Health are always my favorite hospitals and this one is no different. The level of detailed care is exceptional. The staff are the kindest most patient people ever, every bit as exceptional as the medical care.I have been getting stones for 25 years so have a bit of experience, and am not the nicest person when passing them, this hospital has the highest standards of care of any I have been too. I feel like a VIP in every way, even though I only have medi-cal Highly Recommended.

Nurse is so slow and rude. We can wait but the way they ignore you they seems like they are scard of there job. No confidence. Rude rude. There review is 2.9. But they not doing any better to improve. I give 5 star to the ER doctor. Nurses need to be more polite and supportive. Every patient are important. But kind words can help them.

The wifes visit today started at 12:20 it's now after 5pm she just waiting for a shot. Busy day it seems cuz they call you up and when you go to sit back down some one takes your seat, she can't walk nor sit so she been standing 4 hours

I frankly am very irritated with this hospital. My mom was taken to the ICU over a month ago and was found to have several infections. One infection found was in her intestines. They keep treating her decently and then sending her to a nursing home by the hospital only to bring her back a day or two later every time because of that same infection. I feel like they don't thoroughly pay attention to solving the problem which is leading to her being in prolonged agony. And to top it off, every time we go to the damn place after they take her back in the people don't have any records yo of her time there so far and ask us a bunch of the same questions again. It's like they don't bother to keep track of a patient and want them out of the hospital sooner rather than later even if there's an issue they should be focusing on.

We just have our baby girl was born a week ago, the delivery was at Methodist Hospital of Sacramento. Honestly our two other kids were born at Sutter hospital, but their service, and the way they treat patients isn’t even comparable with Methodist hospital. Here at Methodist, you find Doctors and Nurses are such nice more than your expectations. Very professional, wonderful ethic, and smiley faces all the time. Thanks from their leadership and management team, specially at the labor&delivery section.. I had a little poor experience from their emergency section, but that was a while ago. Maybe they are working to improve their services. But there at labor& delivery is totally different. That’s why, honestly, I had to updated my review...
