Intake nurse where great professional and fast. The wait was a lot longer then I have ever waited in a ER Dignity health facilities. CT Scan was terrible, my 2yr daughter was expose to extra raidation because the lady did not give me or my daughter a gown to cover while running the test . To specify my daughter need a head scan . She had no human kindness as they advertise! for a 2yr old . So think about taking your little loved once here .
Waiting for tooo long. My stomach is killing me, but yet nothing but wait and wait. Emergency should be fast, not like this. If i wanted to wait to cure my illness, then might as well stay home. Wasted my time! Plus everyone come to ER is because it is an emergency, then the hospital should of do everything quicker.
I came here for a D&C at 10:30. My surgery was scheduled for 12:30. Nurses were great. I remember ones name, Beverly. The other I believe was Julie. My anesthesiologist nurse was a ginger, she was very kind and had a good sense of humor. My doctor who performed the surgery was Dr. Susanka. All very nice people, and very comforting. Immediately they put me in a room (but I imagine it's different for people who are coming in from the ER—probably expect a wait). This was my first surgery ever, and they all made me feel very safe. Especially under my circumstances, it was nice to be around all smiles. Thank you doctor, nurses, and staff.
I don't usually write reviews but I seriously felt they needed good feedback.
Methodist hospital... if you have a family member admitted, don't leave them there alone because they will suffer...
Just terrible, it took 15 minutes to get assistance I should have learned the first time we were admitted... I've seen a lady struggle to make it to the rest room after pushing the help button and do to lack attention/caring, She didn't make it... I told the orderlies of the solution... There solution was to put this elderly women in an adult diaper... This is crazy! Now my family member in the same predicament, I ask the nurse for help that didn't come. Then I went to the counter where they chart down patient information... the clerk look at me then looked away. I waited to see if he would ask if I needed help? He never did. So I had to ask another nurse for help, the same one I'd ask 10 minutes earlier... and finally someone helped... but when she asked about the situation... aperently it was my fault for not trying to move the fresh out of surgery patient... I informed her that I was net employed by this hospital... I don't understand how people can be so jaded... A job filled with nobility and honor, but the people who work them, don't care at all... ???hello human kindness???
Seemed more eager at collecting money than actually tending to the emergency. They said payment was required before proceeding even though we went to ER. What if I hadn't had my credit card with?
