My review is in regards to the childbirth education and lactation department. My Husband registered for the Operation Dad Day that was listed on the website. He showed up for the class and the doors were locked and there wasn't a person present. He checked with a few different people he could find, but no one seemed to know anything about it. I called the dept phone number on 2 different occasions over a week ago and left 2 separate messages and no one has bothered to return my call. I'm sorry, but if you plan on offering these courses for new parents, you need to actually provide the courses and if for some reason it has to be cancelled, a notification phone call would be appropriate. People make arrangements to be there when it says the class will be held & then get screwed over by this so called department. There are other classes we have signed up for and actually had to pay for. The same thing better not happen again with these classes. For a hospital, this has been an extremely unprofessional experience thus far and this is coming from a medical field worker. I hope our time spent at the hospital with our upcoming baby due is a much different experience!
