My review is in regards to the childbirth education and lactation department. My Husband registered for the Operation Dad Day that was listed on the website. He showed up for the class and the doors were locked and there wasn't a person present. He checked with a few different people he could find, but no one seemed to know anything about it. I called the dept phone number on 2 different occasions over a week ago and left 2 separate messages and no one has bothered to return my call. I'm sorry, but if you plan on offering these courses for new parents, you need to actually provide the courses and if for some reason it has to be cancelled, a notification phone call would be appropriate. People make arrangements to be there when it says the class will be held & then get screwed over by this so called department. There are other classes we have signed up for and actually had to pay for. The same thing better not happen again with these classes. For a hospital, this has been an extremely unprofessional experience thus far and this is coming from a medical field worker. I hope our time spent at the hospital with our upcoming baby due is a much different experience!

Says* This morning I had to go get checked out by the ER at Methodist Hospital in Mansfield... There ER team was about the worst ER team that I have ever had period. These folks were very aggressive and then rude. Even the charge nurse was a butt hole. The dude was rushing me and pulling me out of the bed for a heart patient, but I guess he didn’t read my chart... 25% heart pushing after it has been less then 10%. Then I have a broken leg that has not healed within the 4 years that I was hit by a drunk driver while putting gas in my truck... and that took the life of my boss at the time. My youngest son had to step in the way from this charge nurse. The charge nurse name is John Anthony B. Bad hospital services... ~Kevin

Never have I seen more attentive doctors and nurses. Eager to answer questions, skilled at explaining what is happening and why. Willing to call me with updates. Always so pleasant, even under pressure. I love this hospital!

Best ER experience ever(that is if you have to go to the ER). Every employee I encountered was absolutely delightful, professional, informative, and kind. Nurse Joshua in the ER is the BEST! This is my third visit to this ER and it’s always a positive experience.
