My wife had major surgery here and the results and care were excellent. I have visited the emergency room 3 times and have also been quite pleased with the care. I am now retired, but for a while I worked in medical research and have spent considerable time in and around hospitals and clinics. I have been quite pleased with our treatment at Methodist Richardson.

Came here for the first time today and honestly had no clue. Judging from the reviews I had low expectations of this hospital but I was wrong. The service was exceptional, we sat in the waiting room for what felt like 2 minutes. My mother had abdominal pain in her side and they quickly got to a diagnosis. She had 3 nurses in her room doing a variety of things all at once, speeding up the process drastically. Within few hours, they had a CAT scan taken and diagnosed her with a kidney infection. Minutes later they gave her medication to reduce any pain. My mother had asked for something to drink and a snack, they brought her a full tray of food. Thank you very much Methodist Richardson Medical Center, keep doing up the great work. If any of the bad reviews were true, I believe they’ve improved greatly. Definitely know where I’ll go for my health care needs!

I was in the ER for some pain. Dr D Garrett was amazing! I know the ER was packed but he took the time to calmly ask me about my symptoms and explained his recommendations in great detail. He didn’t make me feel like I was being rushed out or just another whiny patient. I highly highly recommend him. GREAT doctor!

I took my child to the emergency room in June 2019 at around 12 noon. We were checked in and seen by a great RN who diagnosed my child and sent us off with medication. You can believe how shocked I was to receive a bill by a doctor Duke Pham bill claiming for doctors fee (we never saw any doctor - I know nurses in Texas have to work under a doctor). When I called the number on the bill they said that the insurance had rejected the bill since we were seen by the doctor 'after hours' - 10:00pm - 8:00am; we arrived after 12:00 and I have evidence! I cannot believe that this hospital has doctor's trying to take advantage of the misfortune of parents with sick children. My bill is currently in review as I am disputing paying a doctor who does not to deserve what he did not earn!

Delivered my baby here a few weeks ago. I can’t say enough good things about all of the nurses and the care we were given. The nurses were top notch! I also went to the ER a week ago and don’t have any complaints about the care we were given there.
