My husband was in this hospital a couple of years ago for a week and everything was great. He has been to ER a few times since then and it was always great. On Jan 26 he went to ER after an accident to be checked because of the airbag. The ER was not the same. No one was monitoring him. He was not hooked up to anything for about an hour and when the nurse came in to move him to a room to be admitted he was hooked up to check everything. His oxygen was down in the low 70s which would not have been caught if he wasn't being moved.
He was in the hospital for three more days and complained of not being able to swallow but no one checked him to see why. He also had several more times his oxygen was down and no one ever checked him to see why this was happening. He asked to see a doctor and was told there were no doctors in the hospital, they only come in once a day.
He was released on Jan 29 and died during the night. That's how great this hospital is.
It only gets a star because I couldn't write the review without it.
Incredible incredible incredible. Good doctors and nurses but what a sorry excuse of an emergency room. The place is actually nice; the terrible thing is having to wait almost four hours to be seen when you have a bad fever. It should never have to be so long of a wait. If I knew, I would have walked out immediately. I can understand if the place was extremely busy but it certainly did not look like it was busy out of control.
As I was in a room waiting for the doctor to see me; I could hear the cleaning ladies outside of my room complaining about how badly they are treated and all the things they are made to do that they shouldn’t be doing.
It is now almost 2 am and I’m finally leaving (got here at 8 pm) just to be told everything is fine and we are sorry for the wait.
Would not recommend this place.
This hospital is Amazing. The ER doctors and nurses are caring and helpful. They took care of all my needs and explained everything to me. Yes, it was a longer wait then I have had before but, its because the other hospitals in the area got shut down. The lady at the front sitting in the waiting room isn't very helpful and rude but, maybe she was having a bad day.
I've been here for several days due to a family member experiencing an emergency. The hospital and amenities are very clean, and unexpectedly stylish. This is the first hospital I've been to where I could easily navigate without getting lost, asking for directions multiple times, etc. I ate at the bistro once and was surprised by the variety of food options, though the service was a bit inefficient the staff were at least nice and my food was good. Most importantly, the staff at the ER and in the hospital room have been attentive and acceptably courteous, plus two employees stood out as being exceptionally caring, which my family really appreciated.
The hospital is nice and all, but The staff and team members of the workplace don’t give a damn about a single patient. my dad is over here dying of thirst and wasn’t eating anything for almost 17 hours straight and they were saying to “wait for a doctor “which they never showed up at all.what a waste of a help and plus he’s over here in pain and getting annoyed as well
