I'm giving this place 3 stars because one amazing nurse we were very fortunate to come across named cheryl. The staff was very kind at heart but would deny my mother, who had just been diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer, her pain. When she was shaking because of the pain I told the nurses and they walked out as they exclaimed "she must just be cold" I always knew I could look out in the hallway and call for cheryl. She never hesitated and I knew by the look in her eyes she genuinely cared for my mother and did not leave her side even if she wasn't on our rounds that day. The cancer causes tumors in her spine which completely crushed it. She was very fragile.. very broken.. very vulnerable yet when they were moving her for the first time after surgery to a wheelchair they didn't notice the amount of blood covering the back of the chair I had to actually point it out! It wasn't a drop, it was soaked. They dismissed it as they usually dismissed all of the problems I'd point out considering we were there for a week and I never left her side. Cheryl probably saved my moms life and she is a blessing to all the patients she gets to come across. God bless you.
