First class stay. I had 4 nurses that were awesome, Anne, Obi, Mary & Dovey on the 6Th floor. They are the reason I will keep going to The Methodist Willowbrook Hospital. The staff doctors were also great doctors. I have no complaints regarding my stay. I had 1st class care and left there feeling cared for. Hats off to all the nurses and doctors!!

The hospital lies about what they actually will take for medical coverage. Their website is not updated to tell you what they actually take. When you call and ask if you're covered they say yes and when you get there and ask just to make sure they say yes you're fine. But then right after my pregnant girlfriend was emitted and was given treatment suddenly they finally realized oh we don't take that coverage anymore. And they also messed up her hand by placing the IV in a small Vein on top of her hand and then put potassium chloride which damages the small veins and nerves. Do not go to this Hospital if you don't want to be messed over they are only in it for the money.

I went to the emergency room with a family member and was very pleased with everyone in contact with my granddaughter. The security was very pleasant and helpful. She was seen quickly and sent back for test. Doctor and nurse were asking the right questions for giving the proper care. Appreciate the care given with compassion. Thanks to God, things were better than we thought.

My ER team was nice and the X-Ray tech lady was lovely, and they treated me nice and helped me know what I needed to know. I tried to call later and get my X-rays and stuff and everyone on the phones was rude and terrible. I got transferred like 4 times which woulda been fine if every person wasn’t a jerk.

We went in for outpatient surgery and we had a fantastic experience. Everyone at the North Pavillion is super kind, attentive and friendly. From the front desk, to nurses and doctors, everyone makes sure you are comfortable. They are helpful and keep you updated about your loved one at all times. The waiting area is comfortable and has coffee, water and hot chocolate for you to enjoy while you wait.
