I delivered my baby here and had the BEST experience possible from the whole medical team. Doctors, nurses and lactation consultants went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable and pain-less and that my baby was healthy. The online portal MyChart is easy and convenient to use. Clean facility, newly renovated women's center was very nice. Hospital's food was cooked on site and I had lots of healthy options to choose from.
On the discharge date, I was sad to go. Highly organized and well-managed hospital. Highly recommend it!

They kept my Grandmother in good care and the Doctor was great but when they tell you the are going to release you ,it takes forever. They started at 3 pm to release my 101 Grandmother and we tried to tell the doctor to release earlier but he went home for the day.Not good people .

Have had excellent care by the nurses and doctors there, after 3 baby deliveries and 1 surgery at this hospital i can say I have had an excellent experience each and every time I have been a patient. Great Bed side manner and the care of the nurses was great. I highly recommend this hospital for future care.

I brought my sister to this hospital at 12 midnight because she was in extreme pain. When we arrived they did take her back immediately. I will tell you my little sister was moaning, crying and screaming. She begged for medication or something to ease her pain. The Tech by the name Lauren told her to keep it down because the people in the rooms next to her could hear her. She was very rude and had no consideration for the pain my sister was in. Lauren looked and acted like she did not want to be there. She did nothing to make my sister comfortable. My sister was shaking because she was freezing never once did she ask if she could get her a blanket. It was like she was a bother. My sister was diagnosed with colitis and sent home with antibiotics. At 3:30 am my sister was in worse pain and was taken to Cyfair hospital. Cyfair did everything to make her comfortable. She was admitted into the hospital and will be there till it is under control. I have been in customer service for 25 years and never have I seen service like we received yesterday. I gave one star because that is the least it would take. Methodist does not even deserve one star.
