I had my two boys at this hospital and they were amazing. They were very attentive and kind, they kept me updated on everything and would answer any questions or concerns I had to the best of their knowledge, if they didn't had an answer at that moment they would always get back at me asap.
My other experience was in the ER, my husband had abdominal pain which ended up with a surgery .Since the minute we arrived at the hospital they showed that they care. After his surgery he got transferred to a regular room in one of the towers, and the doctors and nurses did an amazing job with him and explained everything in detail to a point where it was easy for him and I to understand what was going on. I highly recommend this hospital.
Mission Hospital, you don't deserve the star this forces me to give you. You should be ashamed of yourselves. You hide behind your archaic ideas and allow needless suffering to innocent people. I can say no more. Words could never express the contempt I feel for this hospital and what you have done. May God show the mercy you have shown to none.
My father was murdered here. He walked into the ER with pneumonia and never came out. ICU for a total of 31 days and only got worse, day after day. Nothing they did helped and only contracted infections, intubated (4 times) unnecessarily, was not monitored properly by ICU staff and worsened his condition. To top it off, they didn’t help him go comfortably... I walked in when they pulled out his tube (because it was taking so long) and saw him eyes wide, and turning blue. They assured us that he would be sedated and comfortable before they pulled it out. THAT WASNT THE CASE. Palliative care is unbelievable. My father didn’t deserve ANY of that. Your loved ones will die if you take them here. It’s been 4 years since his passing and I still dream about how much he suffered here.
I would have rated it Zero if the system would allow.
I will say the nurse and PA were amazing once I was finally seen. Just should not

This hospital does not care about their patients. Can’t wait to meet with the CEO.
Signed in on-line for urgent care and the estimated wait time was 1.25 hours. I called 1.5 hours later and they said I had 5 patients in front of me but, because I was not in their waiting room other patients are being seen before me. WHAT!!!!!
As I left the house, really upset, their automated service called and said it was 15 minutes until my appointment time. As I write this that was 46 minutes ago since the call automated call and 2.5 hours since my original call to checkin on-line.
What a GREAT system. So efficient and works well. Every hospital should NOT USE IT.
What is the purpose of signing in on line if other patients are being seen first. Why have a system to sign in on line to “Give a Heads Up” that I am coming? Are there people that poor at their job that they can’t handle patients just showing up?
The system is flawed and needs to be FIXED.
To be clear, I’m sure no one at Mission really cares. I have sent 2 notes with no response.
Poor management from Urgent Care to ER with MA/PA errors on medical file. Absolute dis-service to patient. Errors, Medications prescribed then withheld, PA error on ER lab visit, ER wait horrible. Paperwork requested from patient at discharge- not provided as requested. Complete mess. Avoid this location at all costs try an Urgent Care with a lab nearby so you are not sent to ER.
