Thank you Mission for your kind response to my review below. I'll raise my rating from 1 if I receive evidence that your bug has been fixed. I cannot make it to your records department because I am bed-bound, and my care-givers are extremely busy. So, I don't qualify for same day service. Also, my doctors and insurance companies need additional information other than imaging, which I have been requesting along with the imaging CDs.
Some very good staff, some - not so...at all. But I am giving the one star for a nightmare with medical records. I tried to get medical records starting in Jan, and am now hoping to maybe get them in July - 7 months later...maybe. The reasons so far: First, bug in their software rejected my faxed requests. Rejections came by mail, weeks after my requests. Finally talked to a human. Give this a try sometime (sarcasm). He informed me of the bug and said they'd send records. Second, my requests included imaging. This is a separate department. I have to request these separately. My neurologist has been kept waiting so long that we've redone these massively expensive tests. MH, please fix for others.
