Montefiore New Rochelle Hospital

This was my first pregnancy and the journey was scary and beautiful all at once.  The Montefiore New Rochelle Labor and Delivery Department was phenomenal!  Through the highs and lows, the entire staff was friendly, caring, warm, and sensitive to my concerns.  And they went above and beyond my expectations in making my weekly visits comfortable and my delivery safe!  I will forever cherish the staff and I am grateful my son was in such great hands!  Thank you Montefiore New Rochelle Maternity Unit !!! You all rock!!!

Our daughter was born here at the beginning of May 2019. Everyone we interacted with was helpful, caring, friendly, and understanding. Despite the fact that there were several other babies being born at the same time, the nurses made sure that we were all comfortable and happy, providing anything we needed often before we realized that we needed that something. We stayed in one of the suites during our two days and it felt like we were on a vacation with our new baby. We'd highly recommend this hospital for parents-to-be and will definitely return for our next child.

They need better staffing...they all had horrible attitudes and the wait times are DISGUSTING. The only good part is the maternity wing...I had my son here 14 years ago and everyone was very caring and patient. If every department could be like that, this hospital would be number one in my eyes.

Fast...in n out! No unnecessary wait time. Excellent staff. Believe me way different from gun hill rd montefiore....a nurse that checked me in told me if I throw myself down she moving out the way so she don’t hurt her back. Mind u I asked for help cause I was lightheaded so y would I throw myself down. I swear she lucky I was sick n by myself. Anyway New Rochelle is the place to be!!!! Thumbs up!

Brought my son in the ER. After being triaged we were taken to the back and the entire staff were rude. Not a single greeting after being there for over an hour. When it was time for my son to be seen. They did not even give him a greeting. I rather wait at Lawrence hospital for 12 hours. Great medical team there. New Rochelle hospital is horrible
