The Rehabilitation Center here is FANTASTIC! From the moment my brother and I toured the facility (looking for our mother who had a stroke) we have been impressed! The building design is phenomenal with tons of windows and light and spaciousness all connecting to the wonderful outdoor setting. Both rehab rooms have just the right mix of technology and practical tools in an engaging environment. As an interior designer and space planner myself I have been in awe on how energetic yet calm the full design of this facility radiates! The team of staff from Doctors, Nurse, Aids and Rehab team are incredible! Healthcare should be this friendly, thoughtful, fun and skilled everywhere! Coming from California Bay Area it seriously makes me reconsider where to grow old. They have been so interested in my mom as a person and gracious with us in our daily involvement wanting to learn each step of the way how to support and reinforce the amazing work they each do in her Rehab. Spending so much time there daily has been comforting and inspiring thru such a hard time thanks to this amazing place and wonderful staff! Thank you so much!

I live in Springfield, but I grew up in Proctorsville, and instead of going to Springfield ER we always drove the ~25min to Ascutney because we knew that not only would I be seen faster- but I would have less chance of being misdiagnosed or injured by malpractice. The staff is excellent (I'm embarrassingly fearful of all things medical) and I'm generally outta there in less than an HR n a half.

very attentive and friendly staff.
