I took my son to the ER back in March. His nurses Megan and Chad were absolutely wonderful. They did everything possible to help keep our family comfortable and my son calm. They took time extra time to explain things to us and to make sure we were completely set up to transport my son and his records down state.

The nursing staff in the ER was very nice and accommodating. They really made us feel at ease and took amazing care of us! We would highly recommend going here for any problems that may occur on your vacations.

The nurses are very nice, very friendly, but none of the staff is particularly attentive and eventually you just start to assume you've been forgotten about. The doctors don't really spend a lot of time with you. They run standard tests and if you're not having life-threatening conditions in the ER, out the door you go. Eventually. I've been there multiple times with family who has a number of recurring issues, and there's never any advice on what to do next, who to speak to, what to look into for a proper diagnosis. I've also never had a trip take less than 5 hours, and the average is about 9. The food is okay. But the gowns, beds, pillows, guest chairs, even the room color schemes are utterly, body-achingly uncomfortable.
