I always write reviews and am always viewing things objectively in everything. So I know that a lot of the bad things said about hospitals are usually out of emotion 9 times out of 10. I, however, am not like that. So with that out of the way:
Munson Medical Center is the place that you go when things go bad so chances are, you aren't there for fun times and fine dining. But nonetheless, every time I've been here it's been just fine. I come here not so much for me, but rather due to how my mother is here for her own reasons. I have unconditional/ undying respect for the Registered Nurses and Certified Nurses Assistants. They are the ones more so than the Doctors themselves that go through everything.and then some. They get to know the patient, care for the patient and put up with the patient and do so for 12 hours per shift. See, hear, feel, more than what most of them are willing to even admit to. So many people forget these things when in the hospital. The Medical staff does what they can. If they didn't care they wouldn't put themselves through all those years of college and medical school and so on to do as they do.
So with that out of the way, I've always had a good experience here and so has my mother. The only real complains she's ever had is when it comes to the lack of sleep due to the other people more than anything. Great big hospital and it's nice and neat and friendly helpful people to guide you through where you need to go to.
