I was so disappointed. My son was in a terrible accident accident 08/18/2019. He was taken to the emergency room by ambulance. They were doing fine until they found he had no insurance. Didn't clean his many cuts from being dragged down highway. Had a laceration on his foot that wasn't attended. Your going to send him a bill anyway so why not do your job. If I get sick take me to Alexandria or Shreveport. Natchitoches is still the same.

Just got done with day surgery and all the nurses and the doctor was so nice. Clean environment. I also had to wait for Medicaid van to come get me and they keep checking on me and was very sweet. I would come back in a heartbeat.

Best hospital ever. I was born there and my mom had surgery there and those doctors helped her

The only reason I even gave this place a star was to warn others to STEER CLEAR OF IT. Waited in the ER for 4 hours only to be talked over and belittled. My information was called out loudly into the waiting area, the doctor didn’t even touch me and the nurse along with the billing lady were rude and ignorant. I will never set foot in this place again. They lack a proper care routine and compassion. A bunch of educated idiots! Please go elsewhere for better care and support! This place is not worth it AT ALL

Dr. Duke along with the staff on Unit 2E (Sherry, Shakondia, Chris, Taji, Charlotte and Brandi) have treated my dad with the most professional and excellent care. Thank you so much, NRMC for your caring heart and service. My dad and I are forever grateful.
