In July of 2019 I had my tonsils and adenoids removed by Dr. Paddock. During the recovery period, I had to go to the ER and eventually to the OR twice because of blood clots that had formed in my throat. From my initial pre op at the hospital, to my last visit, my experience was phenomenal. The secretaries, nurses, doctors, and anesthesiologists were all informative and caring. For the most part, during the three times I went there for surgery I had different nurses caring for me each time. It really showed how consistent they are and what their philosophy is as a whole. I also had a different anesthesiologist for each surgery. All of them were great and talked me through what they were doing, and asked appropriate questions. I really appreciate the staff at Nathan Littauer Hospital. They made my surgery and recovery period feel safe and worry free.

How Nathan Littauer is still a running/operating facility only shows that bribery & miseduation can go a long way! They have been sued several times only to line the pockets of higher-ups instead of the families that have made ultimate sacrifices or had losses. Still to this day elderly patients are neglected and treated poorly with elevators that have been out of sevice for months or continue to break down with staff & patients alike in in them; management that does not know how to manage, staff that has not been properly trained, employees that are unapreciated & overlooked after dedicating decades of their lives only to be pushed aside or fired after new staff comes & takes over only to run that department into the ground as well! (Meanwhile there is a new multi-million $ project/building being built for new OFFICES! Not for better quality living quarters for long term patients that are overcharged and under cared for; not for better care services, or comfort of the patients who ultimately paid for this building that is mostly over priced & not needed rather its for the comforts of overpaid staff and others that dedicate their day to serving & probably will only see their office a few hours this year!)Overall I do not recommend this hospital at all! However there isnt a decent hospital in the area counties (except Saratoga; which I do recommend). There are the exception of decent nurses &/or doctors but dont expect you'll see one! In general it is a fairly clean E.R. & somewhat parts of the hospital. Overall the staff are unfriendly or straight up rude & often do not provide a solution or even misdiagnose patients fairly often in my experiences there and others that I know personally. Recap: only go if your desperate or brought unconcious & hope you see a decent person let alone doctor on a day that isnt busy.

I like helping out sinless citizens. Even if there is not much scientific reason in them being alive. There should be fines for not shoveling your driveway. I only help those who can help themselves. Did you see the Republican youtube video any American who works hard dreams big, works hard and follows the rules can have anything he/she wants. I disagree. You can work but if your not potentially able to earn a lot of money. Your not going to have it. You should have the opportunity towards employment off being sinless. If you commit minor sins you should be able to work to make up for it. I do not like depriving citizens of work. I like governor Andrew Cuomo. A Pleasantville dpw coworker of mine said instead of being in Puerto rico. Why won't Cuomo fix the unemployment situation upstate. What happened in Puerto Rico was a bit sad.

Terrible service. Waited 4 hours before someone even came in to access. When doctor came in he was completely rude and disrespectful. Do not recommend.
