This establishment is very uncoordinated and unorganized. They only care about getting paid and not necessarily giving the correct care for a patient. My grandmother is in 12th floor and the nurses are more concerned with getting her discharged (tho she needs further care) rather than actually helping her. They told me she couldn’t stay any longer because she had already been there for more than they’re “5-7 day” window and that she has to vacate the premises immediately as Medicaid will not be able to pay for her any longer. What kind of establishment does that?! Puts a deadline before the treatment of the patient?! If I could give -2 stars, believe you me. I WOULD.
