As a current patient admitted at this hospital, I totally understand now why this hospital has only 3 stars. I’ve been trying to reach out to a case worker or social worker for a bit now, maybe this will get me one. Some of the nurses and aides that work here are fantastic, you can tell they are here to genuinely take care of people because helping others make them feel good and their heart is in the job. However there are some that without a doubt do not care about patients and are only here for a paycheck. I hope one day they are at the mercy of someone else caring for them and they get what they deserve. God bless anyone that comes here, don’t send your loved ones that need admitted and cared for.

My husband and I have been in or visiting NHRMC several times since moving here and we have always been impressed with the level of care as well as the courtesies of the staff. My one concern for all of you if the sale happens is that this might change and not for the good of all. As a resident it would be a tragedy to lose what we both have experienced here. The staff is happy to be there and say they are treated well. We love hearing that. It has to be for the good of all.

Last week i was omitted to this hospital. Thank God my wife use to work in upper hospital administration, not in this town. We traveled from CB to the NH North ER location. Obviously the distant was almost 3 times as long to get there but that location is ran professionally and I was seen and transported to ICU immediately. Then the drama started. The nurse at NHR was obnoxious and very unprofessional. But it was all good because my 5'-5" former hospital manager wife dress down the nurse and her supervisor. The unprofessional nurse was no longer on my side of the floor during the rest of my stay. The managers and staff NHR Hospital need to take notes from the NH North ER location.

Patient Financial Services absolutely terrible!! I called numerous times and got different responses from each of the consumer service representatives. I was told that the higher up managers would be giving me a call to further discuss questions and/or concerns. I have left three voicemails with still no call back. Extremely unprofessional. I do not recommend AT ALL.

The staff in the ER are rude and snife . We're admitted for a serious heart condition and didn't get put in a room for 3 days... Staff refuse to give fiance any food because she was not a patient but we cannot afford to pay for food or for her to go back and forth from hospital to home... This is the worst run hospital and i waited until I knew something was seriously wrong before I am forced to seek out medical attention from this hospital..
