Newport Community Hospital

Horrible is a nice word for this nest of creatures in this political rhetorical demographically challenged region. Absolutely worst ever experience with a medical facility in all 51 years of life. Babylon to the fullest extent. Clearly judged by how you look,your health care plan,and thus treated by that biased status. The old red haired receptionist is confrontational and super rude.

I am Vietnam War Veteran. President Trump is now allowing Vets to have a choice on who they can have as their Doctor and this includes Private Doctors as well. Unfortunately, I found out that Newport Hospital is not a Private Hospital. It is run by the State of Washington. This is the main reason for the extreme incompetence I experienced at this hospital. I have a list of things that I experienced with this hospital that for now I will exclude from this formal complaint. I have never experienced good service with any Government Office in my lifetime. Have you? This is prime example why we don’t want Socialized Medicine in our country today. There is no incentive to be the best in what ever we do in a Socialized form of Government. History has proven that everything stagnates over time under a Socialist’s regime of tyrants who think they know better than on us on how we should conduct our lives. As for me, I will go back to the VA hospital in Spokane. I know this is a Government run hospital but it does a much better job taking care of Veteran’s than Newport Hospital. My advice, if you value your own personal health, do not use this hospital. This the reason for my One Star review.

Took my 85 year old mother in today after falling and hitting her head on ice.. they literally had her in CT scan in 30 minutes.. Dr. Aaron Peterson is excellent..really nice guy..plus Afghanistan vet.. kinda Dr you want..just a super guy.. very pleased..tha tha so much for the care you gave my mom.

Very nice to me. Found the health problem. Referred me to appropriate follow up Doctor.

Horrible, spent several hours in the ER just to wait for the nurse to take my temperature and vitals, seemed like everyone was there for the social aspect not for working. Felt completely ignored and uncared for the whole time. If you have a car please make the trip to Spokane and completely avoid this terrible place
