Nicholas H Noyes Memorial Hospital

I was just at Noyes hospital for a CT scan. I had never been to this hospital before. When I signed in to register, I was called to the registration desk within 5 minutes. Emily, who was at Booth #1 was registering me & she was very friendly! My doctor's office neglected to send over the orders for the test, so she tried feverishly to locate the order from my doctor! She didn't get upset at all with the waiting, but continued to be friendly with me. I truly appreciate a friendly face/personality! Kudos to you Emily!

I always get treated great by the cnas and nurses. They always go out of their way to make me feel comfortable and welcome. And Lord knows I'm here a lot

This place is the worst and doesn’t even deserve 1 star.

Worst experience I've ever had with a doctor.

Awful, couldn’t even diagnose a gallbladder issue, treated me like I was fishing for pills like a drug addict and left me in the waiting room for over four hours. To top it off, Lisa in billing gives you 60 days to pay the bill off or you’re immediately sent over to souther tier credit center to report it to your credit. If you’re reading this, go to a real hospital in Rochester, don’t waste your time.
