Superb! It was a very busy ER, but my doctors & nurse treated me with an amazing amount of compassion, respect & care! I would give them a higher rating if I could.

Radiation outpatient services had my grandma sit in a waiting room for 2 hours just to have a doctor come in and watch her take a pill that literally took less than a minute and then she left. Then she was informed she had to be quarantined for 3 days and she couldn't come 6 feet to any living thing. The doctor, Dr. Mirza, and nurse's lack of warning and dare I say care for my grandma caused her emotional distress and I will never go to a hospital that treated my grandma this poorly.

Good hospital, but billing /accounting department can make an easy situation into the most complicated and unorganized mess. Pay a bill and purposely write account # on check then it gets applied to different account then have to prove it has been paid and talk to people here local then again in Colorado for some reason. They make things so difficult. Was told to write account # on check to prevent confusion and just found out that doesnt solve or help situation at all. So frustrating to pay bills on time then have to take time out from work to fax bank statements to prove they made a mistake. Oh well just money and time which both grow on trees.

I am very adamant about researching businesses prior to investing in their services. Based SOLELY on the BLANK RESPONSES from NORMAN REGIONAL HOSPITAL STAFF are copying and pasting for responses to complaints is a big RED FLAG to me. If you are advertising quality care and professionalism within your organization, you CAN NOT reinforce this with the Staff responses showing nothing less, the the reviews are the proof in the pudding. Example 1: complaints on billing department employee's performance issues Example 2: Response from NRH staff....type reviewers name in form letter, copy, paste, click= Professional, compassionate, caring. One and done. One size fits all. Love honest reviews. May reconsider my choices for my health care if things don't stay looking better. Cindy Brown Moore, Ok

Omg. A few really great doctors and nurses at this facility, sadly though they are surrounded by a huge village of idiots who are only here for a paycheck. The employees types Show no sense of urgency that I have observed. Side note. I’ve never seen so many obese size employees working at a hospital. Very very disappointing
