North Arkansas Regional Medical Center

Out of state visiting our son in Harrison and my husband had complications from an ongoing condition. We arrived in the middle of the night and were met by a caring, knowledgible staff who took excellent care of him/us. Thank you to the Dr. and staff on duty last night; we appreciate your care and compassion!

This is the best hospital with the best staff they truly care about your well being and they keep it very clean...... I could not have any better for my Mom ....

I have personally been trying to get answers for my health with no luck. My father in law had cancer they said they did tests but when he went to North Carolina and they ran tests it showed that they never ran tests here! He died due to this. They found the cancer in his brain to late. My husband is now getting the run around. Its the doctor's as well. Not just the hospital. The doctors who send you for tests that either don't need to be done or can't get the right ones done. I don't know what happened to good old fashioned bed side manners with the doctors. But alot of them could use a good dose of humanity!! Hopefully before they themselves need it!

Had our baby there and the experience was amazing. The Dr, Dr Wiegel was fantastic, nurses were fantastic, and even the food staff went above and beyond. Also the babies Dr, Dr Morgan was fantastic. You would think you were staying in a 5 star hotel. The food staff is very polite and comes in to give you multiple choices for each meal. A few of the nurses were also fantastic. Nurses like Melissa and the lactation specialist Sandra went above and beyond to help me. I’m a first time Mom and they gave me knowledge that I’ll use daily as a Mother. Thanks to all the other Nurses also. Wish I could name them all. Sad lots of people only leave reviews when they’re not happy. Maybe you could spread some positivity and make the world a happier more positive place. These are the people that spend countless hours away from their families saving peoples lives and that helped me to bring a beautiful baby boy into the world. Thanks Northwest Arkansas Regional staff.

Horrible. My husband got hurt at work. I had no idea what happened. So called I said I know that they cant give me information bc of HIPAA but can you tell me if it is bad so I can drive up there. I was placed on hold when transferred someone picked up but didnt say anything could hear them talking in the back ground I kept saying hello hello. Finally they said ma'am he was discharge d. Come to find out he wasn't discharged. Finally after some time my husband calls and said he broke some bones. Would have been nice to know this I could have driven up there to be with him. Rude people. Horrible service.
