Excellent ER care. We are on vacation and my husband injured his back. From the second we walked in the door, we were warmly greeted by security, registration and went right to see the nurse. We then were fortunate to be under care of Chuck, PA who is professional, knowledgeable and personable. We felt very safe and comfortable with his expertise and the plan of care. Gerri, RN is very caring and efficient and really helped my husband to feel better. It was so unfortunate that we ended up in the hospital during our vacation but so glad that this wonderful staff was working so hard on a Saturday to care for us! Thank you, NCMC!

I am disgusted that the sidewalks around the hospital have the sprinklers angled to soak handicapped people, and others who need to use sidewalks. Spoke to several staff, including the information desk, but pretty sure I was ignored. It speaks volumes about how they feel about their patients, and the public in general.

If I could leave no stars, I would. Spent five hours in the ER with zero communication from nursing staff; no hourly rounds were performed to check on me, my IV ran dry and remained hooked up. I waited 15 minutes for someone to answer my call light so I could be disconnected from the IV line to use the bathroom. I should mention that I was sent to the ER with suspected appendicitis by my GP, and yet my CT scan wasn't performed until almost two hours into my ER visit. I waited another two hours to get my results, and then another hour to be discharged. I had to use my call button to ask about being discharged, as no nurse came in to speak with me until an hour after the doctor left. Needless to say, I will never return to Banner Health and will be making the switch to UCHealth!

When my dad passed away last Friday, the ER staff, House Manager, and Chaplain we're all indifferent to the significant blow that my family sustained. Do not go here unless you enjoy being treated like garbage by the staff that is supposed to care. Also, the ER department is dark, and not comforting at all. I rate this place a 0 out of 10, and I would not recommend it to anyone. Also, if an ambulance crew ever attempts to take you here, demand to be taken to UC Health Greeley, or MCR in Loveland. Your chances of getting the proper care and respect are 100% higher.

My girlfriend was having severe pains so we went to the ER and appreciate the parking lot right there out front. We registered, seen a doctor, given an IV with medication in less then an hour. Remarkable. Within four hours she was in surgery. The nurses went out of their way to get me to the surgery waiting room. We our very fortunate to have a hospital like NCMC and with a great staff that was there for us when we needed them.
