North Hawaii Community Hospital

My son (13) with a fracture wrist and thumb was treated with so much care, attention, and they made sure we were comfortable during their care. I have had this experience 9/10 times at this hospital. Having 4 boys means we need good medical care often and they always go above and beyond. Even if that means having to medevac us to Oahu. They take care of us like we were family. Mahalo ER staff

If your reading this quickly, this is the place to go if you have an issue. I thought I may have bursted my ear drum while on the plane here. Just wanted to say thank you to Dr. Felton, the nurses, and even Greg the volunteer for doing such a great job. They were able to determine the issue and help me out so that I would not experience any more pain in my ear. Very friendly workers here and even Greg the volunteer was great in asking if we were too cold or needed some snacks. Overall a great experience and would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Staying here for one night after knee replacement surgery I am totally impressed by the staff The nurses are Soo pleasant an will inform you of everything thats happening. Physical therapist . I live on the island and boy was that some great Kailua Pork for dinner . A big thank you to Dr Kuczinsky...I trust him very much. Mahalo to every person being there for me.

Mahalo to NHCH for their excellent care on 6-8-2019 to 6-11-2019. From the ER to ICU to Medical unit, from a near drowning. Everyone communicated and explained my condition well in my state of mind, let me know what I was facing in my procedures, during the care and stay and how to help get better, plus lots of compassion and understanding. And a special Mahalo to Respiratory Therapist Caleb who was polite, gentle, caring and knowledgeable with his procedures and just an all around nice guy who made my stay much easier.
