I brought my 3 year old son here because he hit his head and I wanted to make sure everything was okay. First off, we had to wait for almost an hour to get a room. When we finally got a room we had several different nurses and a doctor come in. None of them seemed to be on the same page of what was going on and every single one of them (except for one male nurse, I wish I would have gotten his name) had TERRIBLE bedside manner. My son is a toddler and he was very tired, scared, and in pain and they seemed annoyed and rough with him because he was crying. They put an IV stint in his arm and called a transport to take us to Le Bonhuer because they "couldn't do a cat scan there". So all of the waiting and turmoil only to find out that their facility can't even assist with our emergency!! I also don"t appreciate the fact that the receptionist told the transport driver that my son was autistic because he was crying so much and to report it to the staff at Le Bonhuer upon arrival. NEVER once did I inform ANYONE at at this location that my son was autistic! My son has been tested by his pediatrician (not some freakin' receptionist) and is NOT autistic. He in fact, is mentally and physically within the development range for his age. Overall, I am disgusted with the treatment we got here and I would not waste my time going again. If I have an emergency involving my child again, I will go straight to Le Bonhuer.
